I’m new to bone conduction headsets, but I am completely sold on this! As a contractor that:1) always has tools and building materials in my hands 2) am actively climbing up and down ladders and craning my head up under sinks and decks and down into crawl spaces and around appliances 3) am talking to people around me and on the phone off and on all day long and 4) enjoy my music and the text to speech books I listen to -These are hands down THE way to go if you have an active lifestyle where you need to multitask and be present and attentive, but still want to enjoy your listening pleasures!Ear buds: always fall out, eventually make your ears sore, you miss important clues around you with noise cancelling features, you’re always juggling things in your hands to quickly turn them off, pull them out, or pause them to talk to people.But these! The sound is amazing(!) for something that doesn’t sit in/over your ears. (I actually like the sound conduction experience MUCH better than earphones or buds) That goes for phone calls as well- the mic on this performs every bit as well as when I have the phone up to my ear.
