I wanted something to control left and right away from the device without paying a fortune. I hoped to get moderate performance for the price, and they fit nicely for me, but truth is I’ve had dollar store buds with better sound. Unless you plug into a major amp, the volume on the headset and everything else has to be maxed out. Sort of defeats the purpose.Adequate, and useful if you want to listen to something without disturbing someone else in room. I ordered it with the intention to have one ear adjusted significantly louder than the other, but the volume overall is not loud enough to make much of a difference. I almost returned it, however it will come in handy for limited uses, and is a good value for the price. The quality of sound and construction of the phones is adequate but I feel I need to get higher quality over the ear phones....they serve the purpose but not very powerful I thought when i was buying them they was amplified guess that was my fault for not investgating them more. They're Stereo/Mono head phones that I bought to listen to short wave radios in "Mono" mode. They're a bit bulky but they work good!I had no problem with the company I bought them from they came very fast.I bought them for my metal detector, the cord is to short and the headphones hurt my ears. There is not enough padding for an over the ear headphones the plastic inside rubs your ears its very irritating.I gave them to a friend who wanted to try them for himself but he had the same problem, I guess you get what you pay for "cheap junk".Curly-cord should be much longer. Bass sounds very minimal. Not the best headphones, but priced alright. The headband is a little weak but with a little tweaking is works just fine. The headphones are use in our church for the hard of hearing and they do an excellent job.
