Only 1 side works and I waited too long to open them. Hugely disappointed.I bought these for my 9 yr old daughter as a Christmas present. Of course she absolutely loved the blinged-out headphones as soon as she saw how sparkly and pretty they are! Connectivity & sound was good. Unfortunately…we decided to exchange them because any and every piece of lint/fuzz/hair sticks to the adhesive in between the rhinestones. Also, a couple rhinestones started to fall off within a day.I ordered this for a trip so I could listen to music on the plane and it didn't work. Went on a 7 hour trip, no music ! Terrible qualityThe product is very pretty and the headphones work fine, but my pair came with several rhinestones missing so I will have to replace those. I wish for the price that the rhinestones weren’t already missing on the product.Bought these as a gift for my daughter and very disappointed to see that the rhinestones are already falling off and I haven’t even given them to my daughter for use.Super cute headphones and the bling factor is definitely there for our 6 year old. The only issue is the fit. They are too stiff, no matter who wears them. We will still keep them because they just look too cute!the cushiony part for your ear was very hard and made my ears sore a lot, so it was not comfortable at all.I hardly used these headphones just once a month at work and today's meeting I could not hear from the right ear. I opened it up and saw a thin red wire had come out of the compartment.How do I return since these cost a bit and I would like to replace them or get a refund.thank you.
