I was so relieved when it paired immediately, and then 15 seconds later they failed.Fully charged, then only the right one was working. Then the right stopped working, and I charged again.Now they won't even turn on.Waste of time. Incredibly disappointing.This is a good quality monitor bracket inspite of the price. It allows me to have the screen at a suitable height so I'm not looking down all the while which has already relieved my back problems.It also extends from the wall by 30cm, allows tilting to the side if you need it. So if you are short sighted, like I am, and always seem to misplace your glasses, it enables you to see the screen, have your keyboard underneath and type at the same time (which I couldn't do when the monitor was on a stand). No more spending half an hour looking for glasses on the odd occasion you have no idea where they are lol.Obviously, not having to use a monitor stand anymore frees up desk space generally so my desk is a lot more organised and tidy, which I love.I'd highly recommend this bracket.I bought this arm because it seemed to have a sturdy (four hole) wall mounting plate.Sturdy is the word! The whole arm is built from incredibly heavy-gauge steel.My only quibbles are 1/. that the adjustment for screen up/down angle and horizontal level is not very nice 2/. the maximum VESA mount size (the fixings on the TV) is 100mm (i.e. fixings are 100mm apart) - my Samsung 32 inch TV has 200mm fixing centres so I had to buy an adapter plate http://www.amazon.co.uk/Black-Adaptor-electrosmart%C2%AE-Convert-Bracket/dp/B00KPUBQHG/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1445001268&sr=8-2&keywords=vesa+200mm+adapter.This was nearly as expensive as the bracket, but the resulting combination works well.3/. The angle-adjusting Allen bolts needed adjusting (were too tight to allow the arm to flex)4/. - Be careful - the mounted TV centreline is offset by a couple of inches from the bracket centrelineAll in all, I would buy againgvery happy with this product, very good movement, smooth and once set correctly effortless movement, Great Quality Buildholds weight of a big tv very securely, i am surprised as i felt like i was taking a bit of a gamble on this product,gamble has paid off as perfect for my set up, up and downs motion only 13 inch'es but enough to get a choice of optimum viewing for either gaming or sitting back enjoying a movie etc. NB on set up you may find your winding the balance screw, for the counterlever up and down motion for ever, just keep going it will eventually move up and down as easily as you require.I've bought two of these they are so good. The first one I bought for my son and I was so impressed with it I bought one to replace a flat wall mount we had in the kitchen. When it is folded up the TV doesn't protrude much more than the flat mount (reason for having the flat mount) and it now makes the viewing positions much more versatile. Another great feature is all the metal work is covered by covers that clip-on and act as cable tidies so it doesn't look like a ton of scaffolding behind your TV.this is a very sturdy wall mount i use it for a 42 inch tv in the bedroom and its better than the one currys supplied when they installed a 65 inch tv in our lounge.even the worst d i yer will have no trouble installing this mount (took me all of 15 mins to drill holes to wall and fit to rear of tv).you will not get a better mount than this so dont waste your money on more expensive ones and buy a better hdmi lead instead. steve
