The item(s) came well packaged and was fairly easy to fit. It comes with a good cleaning wet cloth, and a 'sticky' to mop up stray dust particles. You do get a bit of a second chance to refit the screen if you're slightly out of sync, but you have to be quick. Once it sticks, it takes all the air bubbles out easily. The screen itself is well constructed, and does not interfere with the workings of the iPad in any way. It is strong and sturdy, and is not 'giving' at its edges..I would recommend the product - and I do have a spare with a lifetime guarantee!
